HASH BROWN HOT DISH 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of potato soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 onion, chopped

Put potatoes in 9"x13" pan. Mix soups, sour cream, onion and pepper; pour over potatoes. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees. For best results, cover top of pan with foil while baking.
