EASTER RECIPE 
3 lbs. Farmer cheese
8 egg yolks
3/4 lb. sweet butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 lb. yellow raisins
1 bottle maraschino cherries and a little juice
1 lb. chopped almonds
1 pt. heavy cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix all up and put in cheesecloth lined form or flower pot. Weigh down so can form. Prepare on Good Friday to serve Easter day.
