HAMBURGER SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef, or more
1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Potatoes
Rice
Noodles
Barley
Chopped onion
Chopped celery

In a saucepan saute hamburger until meat gets lightly brown; drain off grease and add tomato juice and same amount of water (46 ounces or more). Add chopped onion, celery, bay leaf, and cook over medium heat for 1 hour then add your favorites from the list above or add all - cook another 15 minutes. Add 1-2 cans mixed vegetables. Simmer another 15 minutes.
