SAUERKRAUT RELISH 
1 (No. 2) glass jar sauerkraut, squeeze out juice & cut up fine with scissors
1 c. sugar
1 med. onion, cut up fine
1 med. green pepper, grated
1 sm. jar pimiento, cut fine
1 tbsp. celery seed

Mix well and refrigerate 24 hours before using. Keeps for weeks in refrigerator.
