TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1 1/2-2 lb. ground turkey (defrost frozen rolls)
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. thyme or 3-4 sprigs fresh
1 tsp. salt (or less)
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 egg
3/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Tear bread into quarters, put in cuisinart, grind to crumbs; add onion chunks, thyme, sprigs if using fresh. Pulse to chop. Add to remaining ingredients in bowl. Mix.

Pack into large loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1 1/4 hours. Pour off fat and let stand awhile before slicing.
