1 qt. eggnog
1 qt. Peppermint ice cream
1 qt. 7-up

Mix eggnog and Peppermint ice cream until well blended, then add 7-up. Serve in punch glasses and hook a small candy cane over the edge of each glass (cane inside punch), for a festive look and added peppermint flavor. This recipe can be adjusted to taste.
