CHRISTMAS PUNCH 
3 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime-flavored gelatin (may substitute red Jello for red punch)
2 c. boiling water
1 (46 oz.) jar pineapple-grapefruit juice
1 (12 oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 (12 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
3 1/2 qts. water
2 (10 oz.) bottles ginger ale, chilled

Combine gelatin and boiling water; stir until gelatin dissolves. Add next 4 ingredients. Divide mixture in half. Freeze half of juice mixture; chill remaining half.

To serve, partially thaw frozen mixture; then place in punch bowl, and break into chunks. Stir in chilled juice mixture and ginger ale. Yield: about 7 quarts.
