CREAMED BEEF ON TOAST 
1 can dried sliced beef
1/2 stick butter
2 oz. flour or cornstarch
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/2 pt. milk

Melt butter over low heat; add flour or cornstarch and blend. Add salt and pepper. Warm the milk and add slowly, stirring constantly. Separate beef into bite size pieces. Add to sauce and serve over toast or French toast.
