Thaw peas; do not cook. Mix all ingredients with enough mayonnaise to hold together. Refrigerate. Will keep a long time.

Combine all ingredients except bacon. Chill. Garnish with bacon just before serving.

Layer salad with lettuce, pepper, onions in ... cheese, bacon, and salad dressing (Miracle Whip). Chill at least 2 hours. Stir before serving.
