Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into 9"x13" greased and floured cake pan. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees until spongy to touch.

Mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Ice while hot.
