Mix ingredients. Add coconut. Make little balls. Roll in cinnamon. Chill and serve.

Mix potatoes, butter, vanilla, coconut, 1/2 ... wax paper 6 hours; turn balls over and let sit another 6 hours. Roll in cinnamon. Makes 9 dozen.
