Blend with hands and form into a ball, refrigerate.

Mix well by hand. To decorate, roll in finely chopped pecans. This will make 2 cheese balls.

Mix all together (except 1/3rd package of beef) form into ball, then roll ball in remaining chopped beef to coat.

Mix all ingredients together well. Roll into ball. Put in refrigerator until chilled. Serve.

40. DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL

Mix well. Form a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill overnight.
