Cook and blanch macaroni. Finely chop carrots, peppers ... refrigerate overnight for it to set up. Will last for days in ice box. Makes a big bowl.

Combine dressing and mayonnaise and toss with remaining ingredients. Chill before serving. Top with paprika. May be served with additional dressing.
