Dressing is better made ahead. Add dressing just before serving. Cole slaw will not be soggy.

Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, ... Add apples and cheese just before serving. Large recipe serves 10-12. May be halved, serves 4-6.

Beat whipping cream just barely. Fold in mayonnaise. Combine vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add to mayonnaise and whipped cream.
