Ingredients for 1 person: 1 thick veal cutlet (Schnitzel) Salt and pepper 1 slice of smoked ham with nearly no fat 1 slice of Gouda cheese 2 sm. wooden or metal sticks Cut the thick veal cutlet from its lateral part almost through. Spread salt and pepper onto all parts. Lay the slices of smoked ham and Gouda cheese between the two open parts of it. Fix the open side with the little wooden or metal sticks. Fry goldbrown in hot fat some minutes and then continue 30 minutes frying with weak heat. |
