Cut chicken up. Remove skin and wash well. Set aside.
Pour Mazola corn oil (1 inch deep) in electric skillet; set temperature at 350 degrees. Let the oil get hot enough to start cooking as soon as you place chicken in it. Test by dropping a slice of potato in it.
Beat 1 egg and 1 pint of milk together. Dip each piece of chicken into the mixture, salt and roll in sifted flour. Place in hot oil and fry with a lid on it. Fry on first side until golden brown. Turn and fry on second side. Do not turn but once.! When you remove it from skillet. Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
