VEE'S CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 hens or lg. fryers, boiled & chopped
1 lg. bag noodles
5 chili Petines peppers
1 lb. grated cheese
2 bell peppers, chopped
2 med. onions, chopped
4 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. cumino seed
2 lg. cans tomatoes
1 can mushroom stems
Salt & pepper to taste
3/4 c. butter

Boil chicken, save broth. Cook noodles in chicken broth; drain. Cook onions, peppers and garlic in butter until clear. Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then add grated cheese and return to oven until it melts.
