PASTA SHRIMP SALAD 
Cook 1/2 pound vermicelli. Drain and sprinkle with vinegar. Add:

1/3 c. chopped green pepper
2 to 3 stalks finely chopped celery
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
12 to 14 oz. fresh or frozen shrimp
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. sour cream
Mayonnaise to desired consistency
