FRESH SHRIMP AND PASTA SALAD 
1 to 2 c. fresh shrimp (shelled, deviened and washed)
1 lg. pkg. shell macaroni
1 to 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1 c. carrot medallions
2 c. peas (frozen and thawed)
1 lg. cucumber, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Salt, pepper and paprika (to taste)

Cook macaroni per package directions. Drain and rinse. Mix macaroni with other ingredients in large bowl. Chill 1 hour or more. Great light meal with rolls.
