SHRIMP & PASTA SALAD | |
1/3 c. Bertolli extra light olive oil 1/3 c. ReaLemon lemon juice from concentrate 3 tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce 4 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted 8 oz. rotini, cooked & drained 4 oz. fresh snow peas, blanched & fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 carrot, pared & julienned 1/2 c. sliced green onions 8 oz. cleaned, cooked tiny shrimp In jar, shake together oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, mustard and sesame seed. Combine remaining ingredients except shrimp with dressing. Chill. Before serving, stir in shrimp. Refrigerate leftovers. |
