CHEESE RICE AND BROCCOLI 
1 c. Minute Rice
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli
1 c. Velveeta cheese or grated Cheddar
1/2 c. milk

In a 1 1/2 to 2 quart microwave dish pour 1 cup minute rice and butter, salt and water. Cover and cook 3 minutes on high. Add broccoli and cover and cook 10 minutes or until broccoli is tender and water is absorbed completely.

Mix in cheese and milk. Microwave another 5 minutes until bubbly. Let set 2 minutes and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
