RHUBARB CUSTARD CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow cake mix (no pudding in mix) 4 c. rhubarb, cut up 1 c. sugar 1 pt. whipping cream, unwhipped Mix cake as per package. Pour batter into 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Spread rhubarb over batter. Sprinkle sugar over rhubarb. Pour whipping cream over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Refrigerate when cool. |
