CRUSTY COUNTRY CHICKEN 
3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. oregano, crushed
1/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 1/2 lb. frying chicken, cut up

Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley and oregano. Melt butter, stir in onion. Dip chicken pieces into butter, then coat evenly with crumb mixture. Place in shallow 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour until done. Serves 4.
