GRAHAM CRACKER ROLL 
32 graham cracker sqs.
32 big marshmallows, cut up in sm. pieces (do not use miniature marshmallows)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipping cream

Crush crackers and save 1/2 cup. Whip the cream, then add to that the nuts, crackers, and marshmallows. Stir together. Put half of the saved cracker crumbs on waxed paper. Put half of the marshmallow mixture on top of the crumbs and roll into a log shape. Coat the mixture well with the cracker crumbs. Use the second half of the saved crumbs and marshmallow mixture to form a second log-shaped graham cracker roll. Wrap in tin foil and refrigerate.
