NON-EDIBLE PLAYDOUGH 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. salad oil
Food coloring

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and cut until the consistency of mashed potatoes. Remove from heat, cool a few minutes and knead for 2 to 3 minutes. Keeps well for months in airtight containers.
