CLAMS & BOWS 
1 (10 oz.) can pastene tiny baby clams
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can pastene white clam sauce
1/4 lb. butter
7 cloves fresh pressed garlic
1 c. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes, optional
1/2 c. grated cheese
2 tbsp. butter
1 (12 oz.) box Prince very sm. bows
Salt & pepper to taste

In saucepan combine top 6 ingredients. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, turn down and simmer for 20 minutes. Prepare bows according to box directions. (Do not overcook.) Drain, add the 2 tablespoons of butter, 1/2 cup of grated cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Pour clam mixture over and toss.

Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs. Serves 6. Also a great dish on a buffet table, or to throw in a crock pot and bring to a party.
