EASY FOCACCIA | |
1 (1 lb.) loaf frozen white bread dough, thawed 1 egg white beaten with water until frothy Italian seasoning Garlic salt Roll bread dough out into a round 1/2 inch thick. Place on greased and cornmealed cookie sheet. Let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Brush with beaten egg mixture, quickly sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. Bake 10 minutes more. Serve with Italian fare, or steak and salad. Great sandwich bread. (Make 2 loaves at a time - it's gone in a blink of an eye.) |
