EASY FRUIT PIE 
1 c. flour, all-purpose
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1 qt. sliced fruit (peaches, apples, blackberries)

Bring fruit and water to a boil and reduce heat. Let cook on low for 5 minutes. Combine dry ingredients and stir in milk. Melt butter in bottom of 9"x13" pan. Pour in crust mixture and then add fruit mixture with liquid to pan and spread to edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
