COCONUT BLACK WALNUT CAKE 
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. walnuts
1 c. coconut Angel Flake
4 eggs
2 tsp. coconut extract

Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done. Pour syrup over cake while hot. Let stand in pan for 24 hours.

SYRUP:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. coconut extract

Bring to a boil for about 5 minutes. Pour over cake while hot.
