2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar

Cream together. Add:

4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. oatmeal (floured by putting small amounts in blender at a time)
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda

Mix all the above together to a thick dough. Add:

24 oz. chocolate chips
1 bar (8 oz.) hershey bar, grated/chopped
3 c. nuts, chopped

Make into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake in 375 degrees oven for 6 to 8 minutes. Cool on sheet a little before removing.
