CRANBERRY-NUT BREAD 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. raw cranberries
1/2 c. nuts, if desired

Cream together butter, sugar, vanilla, and eggs. Beat in sour cream. Sift flour, salt, and baking powder and add. Stir in cranberries and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 1 loaf.
