4 cans cut green beans 2 cans tomatoes 1 lg. onion Salt Pepper 1 lb. smoked sausage Cut smoked sausage in thin slices. Brown on both sides in skillet. Set aside. In large pot put green beans, draining 3 cans. Add tomatoes with juice. Slice tomatoes. Slice onion in thin slices and tear into rings. Add to pot. Add salt, pepper and the browned smoked sausage. Let come to a boil and simmer until onion is tender. If you have too much liquid, drain some off. |
