STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
1 qt. strawberries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Bake cake as directed in oblong cake pan. When cake has cooled punch holes in cake with wooden spoon handle, put strawberries on top of cake. Mix instant as directed on box and add cream cheese; mix well. Put over strawberry top with Cool Whip and chill.
