THE IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 can (3 1/2 oz.) coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Mix everything in a blender. Pour into 9-inch buttered pie plate.

Bake at 400°F for 25-30 minutes or until custard sets. Serve cold.
