SPANISH RICE WITH BEEF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large clove garlic, minced
1 can tomato soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rice (uncooked)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

In saucepan, brown beef and cook green peppers and onion with garlic until tender; stir to separate meat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until done. Stir occasionally.
