CRAB DIP 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. sour cream
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
4 tsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese

Combine ingredients except 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top. Bake in oven proof dish at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Best served with plain crackers.

Serves 16-20 guests.
