SPINACH BREAD 
2 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 tbsp. garlic, chopped
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Chinese pepper
1 tbsp. Pickapeppa sauce
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 loaf of French bread

Cook spinach in microwave for 8 minutes. Drain and set aside. Saute garlic in olive oil until tender. Add spinach, Italian seasoning, salt, Chinese pepper, Pickapeppa sauce, Cajun seasoning and mix well. Cook until tender. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise. Scoop some of the bread out of middle. Spread spinach mixture evenly inside of loaf. Top with the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Slice and enjoy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
