FAYE'S STEW 
1 1/2 lbs. stew meat, cut up
6 potatoes
2 sm. onions
6 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 garlic bud
2 tbsp. tapioca
1 pkg. au jus mix
1 lg. can whole tomatoes

Place cut up meat in the bottom of a roasting pan or crock pot. Place chunked up vegetables on top of meat. Pour tomatoes over vegetables. Sprinkle with tapioca. Mix au jus mix according to package and pour over the above. Bake at 250 degrees for 5 hours.
