MINT BARS 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate (4 oz.)
1 c. flour

WHITE FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. peppermint extract
4 tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 tbsp. milk

GLAZE:

4 oz. chocolate chips
4 tbsp. butter

Bars: Melt butter and chocolate. Add sugar, vanilla, eggs, unsweetened chocolate, mix. Add flour, stir. Cook in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan, at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool before frosting.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together. Frost cooled brownies, let set up.

Glaze: Melt ingredients and pour over white frosting. Smooth out and chill. Cut at room temperature.
