PEAR TREE CHEESE SOUP 
1 or 2 cans chicken broth
1/2 onion, grated OR onion salt
1 rib celery OR celery salt or seed
1/2 stick butter
Garlic salt, pepper and parsley flakes to taste
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
2 c. milk

Combine all ingredients and gently heat until hot. Thicken with a little flour and milk. Serve hot.
