PICADILLO 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, chopped
1 green pepper, diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
8 cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped olives
1 tsp. raisins
1/4 tsp. capers
1/2 c. red cooking wine
Salt to taste

Saute garlic in oil. When half done add onions and saute. When half done add green peppers, tomatoes, olives, capers, and raisins, not all at one time, but one by one. When sauteed, add ground beef. Mix well and see that the ground beef is not in clumps, but nice and loose. Add salt to taste and then the wine. Cover, and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes uncover and keep cooking until done. (Not too dry, not too moist). Serve over white rice.
