1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 c. green grapes
1/4 c. Maraschino cherries
1 c. pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix altogether and chill.
