FRESH PEACH PIE 
5 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
1/3 c. butter, melted
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg

Place peaches in pie shell. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 10 minutes. Yields: 1 (9 inch) pie.
