CORN PUDDING 
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs or egg beaters
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Pepper
Parsley
3/4 c. milk
3 cans corn

Grease a 2-quart casserole, using 2 tablespoons of butter. Cut up remaining butter and place in blender with all ingredients except corn. Blend well. Add corn and blend at low speed. Hand mixer may be used instead of blender. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Serves six. Freezes well.
