CHOCO MINT BALLS 
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
4 c. sugar
2 pkgs. chocolate chips (6 oz. each)
1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Place milk, sugar, and a pinch of salt in a medium pan. Cook and stir over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Bring to rolling boil. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add chocolate chips, marshmallow cream and flavoring. Beat until smooth. Cool. Roll into balls - roll in chopped nuts.
