CHICKEN STIR FRY | |
1 tbsp. oil 1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, sliced 2/3 c. broccoli florets 1 med. onion, sliced 2 env. Lipton cream of chicken flavor cup-a-soup 1 c. hot water Hot vermicelli or rice Heat oil in skillet. Cook chicken and vegetables, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until chicken is almost done. Add cup-a-soup blended with water. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally 5 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve over hot vermicelli. 2 servings. |
