SPINACH QUICHE | |
8 oz. Swiss cheese slices 1/2 c. Parmesan 3 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 5 beaten eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. nutmeg 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 pkg. crescent dinner rolls Cut Swiss cheese into strips. Toss with Parmesan and flour. Combine milk, eggs, seasonings and add to cheese mixture. Add spinach (drain well). Line 13x9 pan with 1 package crescent dinner rolls, patting lightly to join seams. Fill pan with cheese-spinach mixture. Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. |
