AUNT RITA'S CHICKEN DIVAN 
4 whole chicken breasts or cutlets (boil for 1/2 hr. & cut into bite-size pieces)
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli or fresh (drained well after cooking)

SAUCE:

2 cans cream of chicken soup (add 3/4 c. milk)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/4 c. wine or sherry

TOPPING:

3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
1 tsp. melted butter

Cook broccoli and place on bottom of casserole dish. Mix sauce ingredients in pot and cook until boiling, stirring constantly. Cover broccoli with 1/3 sauce. Add chicken and remaining sauce. Sprinkle cheese, bread crumbs and butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
