KRAZY KATE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Add oil, vanilla, vinegar and water. Mix with a fork until well-blended. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes clean. Cool. Frost, if desired.
