GLAZED HAM BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground ham
2/3 lb. ground pork
1 c. bread crumbs
2/3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water

Mix together the meat, bread crumbs, milk and salt. Shape into 2 inch balls.

Combine sugar, water, vinegar, mustard. Bring to a boil.

Place the ham balls in a shallow baking dish so that they do not touch. Pour sauce evenly over the meat balls. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour, basting occasionally with the sauce. Serves 6.
